Rotary Club of Luton - Quiz Night May 2011

The Rotary Club of Luton very kindly organised an evening of entertainment in the form of a 'Question of Sport Night' held at G Casino Luton. A great night was had by all with about 25 tables of participants, some fantastic auction prizes up for grabs and one of our Patrons, Billy Schwer presenting the prizes. Big thanks go to all members of the Rotary Club and family and friends that attended and G Casino for holding it on their premises.

A fabulous £1500 was raised for us and £1500 for Keech Hospice Care.

A fantastic time was had by all 93 guests that attended and were thrilled when they raised in excess of £2500.

Luton Town Cricket Day

We are proud to have the continued support of Luton Town Football Club.  The club arranged a celebrity cricket game which saw Luton Town old boys Mick Harford (Patron), Scott Oakes and Marvin Johnson play alongside cricketing legends Philip DeFreitas and Devon Malcolm.  The star attraction was Pakistan’s Imran Nazir who spent lots of time signing autographs for his young fans.

A great day was had by all.
